fuckyeahthespianpeacock: We had a climactic fight scene to perform in our show. We’d done plenty of times and fight call was fine, but I guess we got too into it this performance. During the fight, my 5 inch platform shoe had basically been ripped off, making me hobble angrily around the stage. We broke a cane over an actor’s back and the other actor hitting him with the cane kept missing the strike pad. We knocked over three plants and a table that held a vintage radio, cracking the radio and spewing dirt all over the stage. Also, earlier during the show, the maimed actor had to stage-break a guitar over his knee and ended up actually destroying the guitar.
